Claunch & Miller, Inc. was incorporated in 1985 and for 24 years have been dedicated to providing municipal engineering services to our clients. In 2008 Claunch & Miller, Inc. merged with the engineering firm of HDR Engineering Inc. Although we now have a new name, HDR|Claunch & Miller (HDR|C&M), we are not changing … just getting better!!

HDR|C&M performs approximately $10 million dollars of engineering services each year, all for City and Governmental Clients. We have gained a reputation for quality engineering services, responsive personal service and a dedication to detail, success and client satisfaction. Our firm provides Civil Engineering Services to only municipalities, and governmental entities. Our firm is comprised of highly qualified personnel and registered Professional Engineers and for the past six years we have enjoyed being named one of the “Top 50 Design Firms” in the United States by Trenchless Technology Magazine.

HDR|C&M has a history of working successfully within the municipal field and has the experience necessary to be an integral part of a municipality's team. We have established strong working relationships with many municipalities. We are proud of these relationships, which enable our client's to call upon us for assistance in their day-to-day operations.

With a client base of over 99% governmental entities we are not subject to conflict of interest issues with private developers. Our loyalties are never divided between the public good and the private interest.
